Join Lift Our Voices in celebrating huge milestones this month towards creating safe workplace conditions.
Lift Our Voices celebrated the 1-year anniversary of the signing of the Ending Forced Arbitration for Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act. A bill that allows survivors to speak freely about their sexual misconduct claims and take them up in open court, rather than being forced into the secret chamber of arbitration.
Lift Our Voices also “joined advocate and survivor Dorothy Carvello in New York City this month to call on Warner Music to release all women from their NDAs so they can speak freely about their experiences. It’s time for all survivors to have the voice to speak truth to power and have autonomy over their own stories.”
